Yep, that’d be me! Thanks so much for digging in! I’m Krysti, and I’m a marketing mama turned photographer and nurse. Yes, a bit of a mash-up, but these last few years have been a blessing. I worked in marketing for eleven years before switching gears and becoming a labor & delivery nurse. I am loving this new journey that allows me to support mamas and their families during such an exciting yet vulnerable time in their lives.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you may recall that our family moved away from the area. Well, we are back! The Lehigh Valley is our home again and we do not intend to change that this time!I am the only female in a home full of males, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. How’d I stumble into photography? Well, I’ve always had an interest as far back as grade school. But in 2016, as a wife and mother, I found myself yearning for some ‘me’ time. Not just any ‘me’ time - I wanted to share that time with other families and individuals. I have discovered that I find great joy in delivering joy to others. At this point in my life, while it was hard to see the path that lied ahead, I have come to terms with the journey that’s lead me here. To a place where I can share joy with my family, my photo clients, and those mamas that I assist in delivering their newest family member(s). If you’re looking to capture joy, I’d be thrilled to deliver! ;-)

Speaking of my clients - man, I really do enjoy meeting you all! I have enjoyed getting to know so many great people as I capture your special moments. It brings me even more joy when I am invited back to continue on life’s journey with you. In spending this special time together, I am immersed in your life. Yes, only for a relatively short period of time, but it really allows me to get to know you & capture what makes you YOU in the photos we snap. One of my favorites is watching how new parents attempt to figure out just how so many others kept such a tiny little human alive! I also enjoy photographing families, allowing kids to be kids between those cheesy-but-necessary posed portraits, as well as little milestones like 6-month “sitter” sessions and first birthdays, & proud graduates, too! Everyone has a different story, which means that no two sessions are alike! Each and every one of my sessions is unique. I strive to make our time together fun and memorable, & comfortable, too! We’ll aim to capture those beautiful portraits together, but also a few in-between moments. Let's be real - it's not always rainbows & butterflies. Kids seem to act out just when we need them to keep it together. And that’s okay! We'll work with whatever hand we're dealt! The key to an unforgettable session is to simply go with the flow. Remember - these photos are meant to capture this very moment in time. When you look back on them years down the road, you’ll enjoy recalling every single memory - the beautiful & the not-so-beautiful. <3
Great! What’s next?
Once I have received your inquiry, we will work through all the details: the who, the what, the where, the when, etc. I am happy to provide location, scheduling, clothing and other recommendations if needed. Once we are squared away on session details, I will put an agreement together that outlines the specifics. A digital signature and non-refundable retainer are due in order to hold your session date. The session balance is due the day prior to your session date. As your session approaches, I will reach out to confirm the time and location. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen issues, I will gladly work with you to find a suitable day and time to reschedule. As we all know, mother nature has a nasty sense of humor!
